Alexander O'Neal returns To Northampton ,at The Deco theatre for one night on the 30th July 2016. The RnB Legend and Northern Soul Star fly's in from Minneapolis to celebrate is 30th years of signing soul music and will be performing his massive hits including Criticize and Fake. O'Neal's track "Never Knew Love Like This" is a Northern Soul Classic earning him fans all over the country. While his signature style is an upbeat modern soul style, created through his gospel singing technique, he is equally capable of blasting out funky, up-tempo numbers or delivering tender ballads.

The Glory of the Music Hall

A very special Wednesday afternoon Music Hall performance from the masters of music hall. The show where anything can happen – when Vincent Hayes founder of Brick Lane Music Hall join up with local company Stage Right Productions to bring the excitement of traditional music hall bills as well as freshly devised production shows with more up to date and innovative material, to the Deco this Spring and Autumn. With a series of 6 shows planned for 2016 , the glory of the traditional Music Hall will be brought to life once again at the Deco. Why not treat yourself to lunch before hand on 27th April, 6th July or 5th October when the show will commence at 2.30pm or to a traditional afternoon tea following the shows on 1st June, 7th September or 2nd November. Each show will feature acts from the Music Hall era , a good old sing a long and side splitting comedy. General tickets are £12.50 each - group discounts available With lunch or afternoon tea £19.50 each The Glory of the Music Hall will be the perfect way to spend a fun filled afternoon.

From the writer of sell-out theatrical children's productions, comes a brand new show for 2 years and upwards It has a running time of around 40 minutes - with an opportunity for the children to drop off any "Dear Father Christmas..." letters, see the big man himself and collect a gift after the show! 'Santa and the Pirates (that don't want Christmas!)' Santa is having trouble this year as somebody has stolen his naughty list! When the Pirates of the good ship 'Christmas Cheer' offer to help him find it he must decide, with help from the children, who has been good and who has been naughty! But can you really trust a pirate? Santa and the Pirates (that don't want Christmas!) is ideal for families to get together this Christmas for some good traditional fun with a modern feel.
