TICKETS & ARRIVAL

- The venue will be open 1 hour prior to the performance start time.
- All tickets will be checked upon arrival.
- Bag sizes are restricted to max size of A4.
- We reserves the right to search all bags an arrival, if any of the following items are found they will be confiscated and destroyed: 1) your own food and drink; 2) bottles, cans or glass containers; 3) any item which may be interpreted as a  potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives); and 4) illegal substances.

RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS

- The recording of audio, visual or audio-visual material is strictly forbidden.
- Alcohol may only be consumed in public bars and other authorised areas.
- Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes/devices) is not permitted.
- The obstruction of any aisle, gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases is strictly forbidden.

CONCESSIONS & DISCOUNT SCHEMES

- Where a concession is claimed, proof of ID concession entitlement WILL be required.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

- We reserve the right to introduce discounts/special offers, which cannot be applied to tickets already purchased.  

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

- Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
- The refund for tickets is equal to the face value price paid excluding any transaction & postage fees.   

CANCELLED & RESCHEDULED EVENTS

- It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and to check the date and time of any re-scheduled event.  

USE OF DETAILS  AND DATA PROTECTION

- All tickets are sold in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
